HAMPTON COURT benches

Built around the existing signposts on the central platform at Hampton Court Railway Station, these benches are pre-fabricated using a combination of reclaimed, off-the-shelf, and machine-cut timber, planted with sage, rosemary, and lavender.

The benches were designed and installed to provide much needed seating spaces along the central island platform as part of the RHS Hampton Court Garden Festival 2022.

The selection of gardening quotes engraved into the benches were chosen by local community members and gardening enthusiasts.
